A meeting held at EPESOL Head Office, Lahore. Team Leads of all departments duly attended the meeting. Agenda of the meeting was to discuss upcoming & undergoing projects and all attendees gave their consent to put all efforts on timely deliveries.

CEO, Mr. Akhlaq Ahmed, called quarterly product growth meeting in EPESOL Head Office, Lahore to review quarterly performance. The entire team of sales and marketing unit attended the meeting. Team Leads of other departments, namely, Mr. Mubashir Ahmad – Field Services Unit, Mr. Noor Al Huda – Engineering Unit, Mr. Qasim Habib – Project Management Unit and Mr. Naeem Ul Haq – Panel Manufacturing Unit, also participated in the meeting. Respective product leaders gave presentations. The meeting concluded with CEO’s remarks.

EPESOL arranged an online session of Fluitec products for Sales Team. Our Principal M/s Fluitec gave briefing on product updates of their portfolio. Sales queries from our team were also replied during the session.

It has been decided that no guest will be served due to suspected Covid problems with serving emploees. EPESOL performed DGA on oil sample extracted from transformer in PEL Factory, Lahore. With the edge of on-site DGA tool GE – Kelman Transport X2, EPESOL carries the legacy of performing transformer oil dissolved gas analysis in 30 min.

The branch manager of Bank Al Habib, Mr. Malik Hamza Anjum visited EPESOL and met with the directors. The BOD decided that we shall open accounts in Bank Al Habib and will process employee salaries through the Islamic banking system instead of conventional banking channels. The manager assured the best of their services for the company and employees.

A meeting held in the office of CEO to finalize the annual accounts of the company. CEO informed the directors that we had low business invoiced in FY-2020 because of Covid pandemic. However the company paid all its liabilities against employees’ salaries, principle and vendor payments without any delays. Directors showed their satisfaction on the company operations and prayed to Allah for the best of progress and growth in coming years. CEO said that it’s only the customers who is prime importance for the company.

EPESOL’s sales department always striving to improve sales and address customer needs with complete engineering expertise. In this regard, weekly meeting held at Sales Office duly lead by Mr. Umer Khan, Lead Engineer – Private Sales with his team including Mr. Hashim Ekram - Sr. Sales & Marketing Engr, Mr. Saad Ali – Sr. Sales & Marketing Engr & Mr. Haris Mehmood - Sales & Marketing Engr. Previous week’s working presented by all responsible engineers and next week’s plan was discussed to uphold sales figures.

EPESOL continuously struggling to implement projects and address customer issues for various orders. Recently, in the process of this improvement, our engineering team duly lead by Mr. Noor AL Huda, HOD with Lead Engineer, Mr. Sohaib Saad attended an online meeting with GE engineering team in Dubai. 

EPESOL planning new ventures to address technical issues in Pakistan. Growing needs of the country needs use of available modern tools and EPESOL is always struggling to promote their interaction with the customer. Lead Engineer, Mr. Abdul Munim delivered a presentation and discussed with the management new ideas for such ventures. All the directors attended the session and contributed their idea and views to upgrade the tools and enhance the capability to address such matters 

A meeting was called by the CEO on ‘EPESOL Training Program’ held at the CEO office. Directors including Mr. Akhlaq Ahmad, Mr. Mubashir Ahmad, Mr. Khawaja Asif Naeem & Mr. Noor Al Huda duly attended the meeting. In addition, Mr. Qasim Habib, Manager Projects also attended the meeting along with Lead Engineers Mr. Ayaz Ahmad, Mr. Haris Safdar & Mr. Umer Khan.
